As you probably know, we recently wrapped up our 7th annual Base Camp! We love hearing student stories about increased confidence and even new conversion experiences! These stories inspire and encourage us! However, stories are subjective and hard to quantify. In terms of program effectiveness, how can ministries like ours measure stories? To be honest, we can’t measure stories.

This is why we survey and test our students on their first day at camp and again on their last day. We don’t do this because we love pie charts and graphs. Honestly, I’d rather eat fire ants than create pie charts and graphs using excel. We do this so we can quantify our results and we can more accurately assess our effectiveness. So, what did we learn this year? You can read the full report here.

Special thanks to Juliana for creating these pie charts and graphs.  😉
